Mom’s Bakery, located in Atlanta, GA, has been a
family owned and operated business since its
incorporation in 1958.
Since its inception, Mom’s Bakery has manufactured
baked goods focused on quality, high volume and low
cost. All biscuit recipes are made from scratch and sold
fully baked or as frozen dough. End users are schools,
restaurants, convenience stores and sandwich

Smithfield Packing Company is a division of
Smithfield Foods, the largest pork producer and grower
in the United States. Smithfield products are all USDA
process verified. We are fully integrated and assure the
most consistent quality. How do we do it? We harvest our
own animals and make sure all animals are of an exact
breed SPG 240 hogs. We feed the animals all of the same
grain based diets and harvest them at predetermined
weights. This assures our customers receive the finest,
most consistent quality pork from coast to coast.
Smithfield has worked closely with Renaissance Man Food
Services to develop a unique slow cooked all natural
smoke process on our BBQ Pork and Cooked Ribs. We use
only the freshest pork butts (we don’t start out with
aged Frozen Butts. The Fresh butts are slow cooked up
to 10 hours to replicate the process in the finest BBQ
restaurants in the country! To meet the many requests
for new products we now have Raw St. Louis Ribs, Slab
Sliced Bacon and the finest All Beef Hot dogs!
